AI Enrichment & Content Disclaimer
Generative AI assistance requires merchant review of pricing, warranty, and specifications before going live.
Our AI features utilize neural models (such as GPT-4o and Claude) to draft descriptions, bullet points, and translations.
Because generative AI models may occasionally hallucinate specifications or phrasing, you are solely responsible for verifying legal claims, warranty terms, and retail price markups before publishing listings live to customers.
Shopify & Third-Party Platforms
Clarification on independent SaaS status and third-party marketplace terms.
Giotalia is an independent platform and is not sponsored by, endorsed by, or affiliated with Shopify Inc., Amazon, AliExpress, eBay, Walmart, or other parsed marketplaces.
Your use of Shopify, Stripe, or any supplier remains subject to the respective terms and policies of those independent providers.
Subscription, Billing & Refunds
Transparent recurring billing cycles, pro-rated plan upgrades, cancellation rights, and refund rules.
Intellectual Property & Licenses
You own your product listings and catalogs; we own our proprietary scraping software and application.
You retain all ownership rights in and to the product listings, catalogs, brand imagery, and store data you manage through the Service.
The Giotalia software, proprietary parsers, UI designs, and documentation remain exclusive intellectual property of the Company.
Limitation of Liability
Standard commercial limitations on indirect damages and total aggregate liability caps.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall GIOTALIA or its affiliates be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including lost profits or business disruption).
Termination & Governing Law
Account termination procedures and governing law under the State of Delaware.
You may terminate your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that engage in copyright infringement, scraping attacks against unauthorized services, or terms violations.
